Shipping & Returns

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you and your dog are very happy.

If, however, you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or to exchange. 

All returned items must be in new, used condition with all labels still attached. 

Please ensure returns are correctly packaged as we cannot refund any items damaged in the post. Please note you will be responsible for all return postage costs. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting.

After receiving your return and checking the condition of the item we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. ​

Please note personalised items cannot be returned.

We aim for all of our products to reach you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that a product falls below our high standard please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.
