Supply of goods and product specifications

By clicking “Submit” on the Shopping Cart page, you are confirming that you are purchasing the goods and that you will pay for them in full. If an order is not paid for it will not be sent. 

If you have ordered personalised and standard items the shipping time for personalised products will apply. If you wish to stipulate any conditions, these must be stated clearly in the comments form at checkout at the time of ordering. Large orders may be sent by courier or in multiple packages, packages will be clearly marked (i.e 1 of 2) please note parcels may arrive at different times.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered when placing an order, and to check their delivery address for errors before submitting an order. We will not replace items lost due to incomplete/inaccurate delivery addresses. We cannot always remedy incorrect addresses prior to shipping regardless of how quickly we are notified.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders bound for destinations that we know to be problematic regarding delivery.

Please ensure your address is correct and free of errors when an order is placed. We cannot guarantee to change it no matter how soon after placing an order we are contacted. We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address. 

If your postman is unable to deliver your package they should leave a note for collection. It is the customers responsibility to check for missed deliveries. Orders returned to us as ‘unclaimed’ may incur another postage charge to resend. If a refund is preferred then we will not refund the original postage.

Cancellations

Shipping time is estimated from the day after the order is placed, we may however ship same day. Any cancellations must be requested immediately to have the best possible chance of being accepted, we cannot guarantee to address cancel requests before order shipment. If you wish to cnacel an order after it has been shipped please refer to our returns policy. Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to contact@bassethooounds.co.uk. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders until the point of delivery.

Pricing policy

All prices are in pounds sterling. We list our prices as accurately as possible. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect price listings. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, We will not send out any orders purchased at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Colours and presentation​

While every effort is made to ensure colours are portrayed accurately there may be slight differences due to lighting and screen displays. Due to the handmade nature of the products there may be slight variations.
